  3. I think a lot of it has to do with people falling into old habits, which can happen with any weight loss surgery. I'm 3 lbs about from my goal and I do not regret my decision at all. I'm pleased and wouldn't change anything!
  4. How far out are you? I was taking pills within a few weeks of surgery.
  5. Hormone changes! It happened to me. It will eventually even itself out.

  7. Happened to me. I had to drink crystal light for weeks. Now, I can drink TONS Of water no problem!
  8. Happened to me and then a week later dropped a ton of weight within like two days! Stick with it! It will come off.

  10. It is your body adjusting to the change. I was the same and then the weight loss jump started!
  11. How long have you been in the stall? I hit a few (5 months post op) and had to change up what I ate. A bit more carbs etc. and it jump started it. Even increased my exercise.

  16. I felt the same way. The fatigue is normal and once I could eat a bit of regular food I felt a little better! Hang in there!

  19. Mine still does it sometimes. My dog was growling at it the other night
  20. I'm addicted too! It's amazing to be able to run! I did a few 5ks already. My first with 8weeks post op!
