Hi. I have not been on in a while. But all of a sudden I’m losing weight again. I feel great. Down 75 pounds and people are like- ‘stop losing’. You look so thin’. How nice is that. But most importantly I feel great. Like I’m light. I run around with so much energy. My hair is getting back it’s thickness and luster as well. I just wish this weather would get to spring already so I can walk. I hope others doing well too! HW. 289 SW. 284 Height. 5’8

I know that smoking causes slower healing...so you might want to wait until healed. I’m not into that so that’s just a very lame answer from what I do know about smoking in general. I would imagine edibles only matter in the food ingredients - sugar, flour, chocolate- not good for a new tummy. HW. 289 SW. 284 Height. 5’8

Hi. I just got the OK from my podiatrist that I can finally do cardio again! I had a bunionectomy 2 mos ago. So even though I wasn’t exercising like before ( Barre with modifications) I still lost 8 pounds during my foot recovery. So I’ve lost 66 pounds since late August. If I hadn’t had sleeve I probably would have gained 20 pounds during my foot recovery! I can’t wait to get back to spin and walking miles. Hopefully now weight will come off faster and I won’t have bunion pain while exercising! HW. 289 SW. 284 Height. 5’8

I’m having a hard time staying on track and healthy. I had surgery aug 21. Then my bunion removed dec 22. So it’s been 6 weeks since my foot surgery. I still can’t walk for exercise. I do barre a few times a week with modifications but it’s not like the cardio I was doing before- spin and long walks especially. I’m teetering between 224 and 225 which is about a 65 pound loss. Needing a little support while my foot heals from my August peeps. I’m going to Florida February break and reAlly hoping I can walk more than a block. HW. 289 SW. 284 Height. 5’8

My kids same age. At first I hid it. Then started talking about my surgery right before I had it so there would be no nervousness for them. They laugh at me now saying I could never had hid it anyway cuz of my new bitty little food intake. All good. Now at 5 mos they don’t even think about it and they are happy for my weight loss. Diet direct has tons of healthy protein items that taste great from chiplike stuff to nutty things. They have great wafer bars that I love. My fave is the shortcake bar. Good luck. You got this HW. 289 SW. 284 Height. 5’8

Hair loss seems to be slowing down finally. I had a bunionectomy 6 weeks ago. So nervous I’d gain weight cuz no cardio. BUT I LOST 7 pounds. Woohoo. Down 64 pounds since end of August! I’m in designer jeans from years ago - Sz 32. And even bought a skinny pair-Hudson! Hoping I can get back to spinning soon- see foot dr today. Wish me luck[emoji1317] HW. 289 SW. 284 Height. 5’8
