  11. Heyo, So I was wondering if anyone knows how long It's recommended to wait before taking a puff. I want to make sure that my body can handle it. I am aware of munchies but I'm not too worried about that. Pls let me know what you've expierenced or what youve been reccomended by doctors.

  18. Just a little update, my doctor told me that this is normal and that it should not be covered to allow it to dry! I was also told to intake more protein as this would heal the incesions faster.

  20. I messaged him but he hasnt responded. I'm assuming hes already on his way to wherever hes going and possibly left hos work phone behind? Im hoping hes just on a flight and thats why he hasn't responded. Im just trying to calm down haha I wiped it with some alcohol and I'm just letting it dry by not covering it up.
  21. Heyo, So I had my surgery on the 13th of October (6 days ago) and today throughout the day I noticed that the incesion by my belly button was somewhat "leaking". I felt somethin cold and I lifted up my top and noticed a fluid it had some blood and some clear liquid. I panicked and dried it then started researching. I'm still not sure whats going on?!? I red that I should just let it dry and not move too much so thats what I'm doing. If this has happened to anyone pls lemme know. Im freaking out a bit because my doctor is going on holiday tmrw and hes not back for 4 days! Btw this leak is not like shooting out blood haha its just a small amount but im still worried. Pls get back to me with any info Thanks!

  23. Yeah I have had quite saggy boobs haha and I know that with this surgery they definitely arent gonna get perky so I've also thought about getting a boob lift in the future, depending on how my body reacts.

  27. Hey, so I had my surgery 4 days ago and I'm realising that my booty is slowly dissapearing. I knew this would be the case because when I was loosing weight working out I noticed the first place id loose fat from is my butt. I was just wondering if anyone has any tips on still being able to keep some of that. If not then I guess itll all be about intense gyming in a few months time.
  28. Thanks guys ??✨ I'm just worried about being super flabby because I do recall that growing up (i still am haha) I had a alot of stretch marks and I assume thats a sign that my skin lacks elasticity. Did anyone get stretch marks after the surgery?
  29. eHey, I'm Michell and I'm a 17-year-old female living in Asia. I had my gastric sleeve surgery on the 13th of October (3 days ago). I'm on a clear fluid liquid diet and I was just starting to wonder what I could do early on to prevent loose skin. Any suggestions would be appreciated. btw I am walking (minimal) but I don't believe id be ready to do any exercise
