I always seem to have trouble finding the place to post weight. Click on your profile, then My Surgery, then find Progress on the left hand side of the page. hope that helps!

I am 4 weeks post-op. Bought an electric throw for the living room. I have a heater going under my desk at work all day. And a heated mattress pad on my bed. I have an old scar at my belly button. This was NOT a site from my sleeve. In the past few days it started hurting, kind of a pinching feeling when bending. I'm just about 4 weeks post-op. Could something lacking in my diet have caused this scar to start hurting? It has never bothered me before. I have a doctor's appointment coming up on Tuesday and I'll be asking about it, but wanted to hear from you all.

i love Protein2O. I order it online through Walmart and have it delivered. My local Walmart doesn't carry it. I did find out that my local Rite Aid carries it. Go to their website and enter your zip-code to find the places where you can purchase it locally. My favorites are Mixed Berry & Wild Cherry, but they are all good. http://www.drinkprotein2o.com/

2 weeks. I have a desk job. Just finished my 1st week back and did great.1 scoop =22g protein. No sweetener in this one. Add your own if you like. Looking term, weight gain is possible, as in all WLS. I've never been so pleased to be told that I have bad breath. Guess you could say that i have halitosis from ketosis. [emoji38]I am 11 days post-op. I believe that all of the gas from surgery is now gone. I still seem to burp a lot. And it's loud. Is this normal? Do i have to learn to live with this?I haven't figured out a way.As long as you aren't on the prescription pain meds you can drive.
