I was sleeved on the 11th and try to minimize my drinking while eating or around eating but I can't do it. I am not meeting my Protein or Water requirements either so if my body wants a drink I do it. Probably not the best way to go about it but it seems to still be working for me.

I took off 6 day and I have an office job. I wish I would have taken the two weeks. I ended up working half days and hating it. You just end up being so tired.

Sadly I think you can only be supportive as much as you can but she is an adult and going to do whatever she wants to. Hopefully when you are handling yours she will pick up some better habits. Good luck.

My Dr said Miralax and okay Fiber gummies. My Dr is not a fan of milk of magnesia. Two fiber gummies at night and all is well. And I am 9 days post op.

I did meat and cheese only basically. I had to stay under 40 carbs a day and be careful because veggies have carbs if you have a budget.

That pressure is from gas and I have it too. I also get it when I eat or drink to much at once. I have been doing sugar free pudding with Protein powder and Soups blended with Protein Powder. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.

I am the same way. But since I had surgery on the 11th things are sweeter sometimes too sweet. I hear that your taste buds change so just be open minded and try things again. That's my plan once I am off all liquids.

I just had vsg surgery on the 11th. How much weight should I be down? Also I am very tired to the point where I am up for an hour or two then nap for an hour or so. Is this normal?
