  11. It all depends on your insurance, but with a bmi over 40 you should qualify without any comorbities. My insurance requirements are bmi over 40 or bmi over 35 with a condition, like hbp, sleep apnea, diabetes to name a few. You should be able to go online and check your insurance requirements. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App Hope I'm doing this correctly. I'm actually from Plymouth but the program in Wareham was recommended to me. We should keep in touch. 18. Wow, that's awesome!!! A 10 lb loss a month is amazing. Remember every loses differently, just like everyone puts it on at a different pace. Keep up the great work and just look at all the positives of losing about 40 lbs. After reading stories on here, and speaking to my surgeon...his estimate for me is only to lose 60 lbs. the first year. I think,we want it to come off faster, but slow and steady is better. 19. Being nervous is normal for any type of surgery. Being dedicated to following your doctor's orders makes everything go a little smoother. My dr. does not have his patients do a preop diet either, as over the months before he has a program where we make changes and lose slowly. He told me it wasn't worth the stress for the patient beforehand as he can move the liver out of his,way easy enough. All doctors are different but just make sure you follow your doctor's orders to a T!! Keep busy today, if you love football, the games will keep you occupied until almost midnight tonight Go Cowboys!!!! Congrats on your day tomorrow and I will send prayers for a speedy recovery. 24. You truly look fabulous!!! Congrats on all the progress you've made on your journey. I am just starting my journey through St. Elizabeths also, but with Dr. Mccluney. Great to hear so many excellent things about their program. Like you I also have tufts, and it seems from your posts you did not have to wait 6 months is that true? I had my 1st appt last month and the Doc thinks it will take about 4 or 5 months until a surgery date. I'm excited for this journey. Wish me luck!! Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
