Thanks for the prayers and well wishes everyone. Surgery was a success after an initial delay caused by low potassium. Heading back to snooze, wishing everyone a speedy recovery!!

First morning home, and feeling good. I ate most of a scrambled egg with cheese, and had a cup of peppermint tea. Everything stayed down so first hurdle down. My team starts us off on stage 2 mushy and soft diet, so had to have some mushy Protein and at least 8oz of liquid and keep it down in order to be sent home.

Girl....this stomach of mine has always held up, I am praying it keeps it up to get me through this new phase. I was dreading testing out the eggs as a lot of people noted eggs didn't sit well for them, but it worked out. I need this stomach to hold up as I am on straight mushy/soft Protein for the next month.
