OMG tomorrow will be a week for me since I've had my surgery and I'm overwhelmed with the liquids and this nasty taste in my mouth I bought biotene sprayi hope that works for this horrible taste in my mouth. Any other suggestions, also the pain where the big incision is, if that'll go away I can get around much better. Help

I put yogurt with milk in the blender and made a shake. I could use regular yogurt, not Greek cause it is too thick.

Oikos zero calories they have tons of flavors! !!

Get a low sugar Greek yogurt, blend with Fairlife milk. If you're in the South, Publix has a great yogurt smoothie called B'More. I love those.

Try kefir. Super tasty with more Probiotics than drinkable yogurt.

Kefir is tasty. Also remember that you can add a little cinnamon for flavor! Can't wait!
