I had to stop latuda because you have to eat a large meal and obviously that's not gonna happen. I switched to something else, my thyroid medicine was decreased. I'm not on BP or cholesterol medicine anymore.

I was told no birth control 2 weeks prior to surgery and no BC 6 weeks later plus no getting pregnant for at least a year. And, you would have to use BC and condoms because BC can be less effective as you lose weight.

The no BC is to avoid blood clots so I am ignoring the order as I plan to be active as soon as I wake from surgery. I recently had to stop BC for 4 weeks and I felt like I was dying. So screw that! I'm single but I need it to control my periods.

To me it doesn't, it tastes like cheese from the Parmesan cheese.

I love them. They are the perfect size and help get that Protein in. If you have a Kroger store near you they sell them there and are a 2 serving size.

You can always let it go flat. That's what I do with diet ginger ale to get the flavor. No judging here [emoji4]

RN too and I was sent home on a 14 day course of Lovenox after my sleeve. It was standard for my surgery center. Funny how different each practice is!

Why were you put on that? That's a harsh medicine, never heard of being put on it before surgery.

I wouldn't, it has fructose and sugar. Those might cause dumping and that's no fun.

Real good pizza company has an awesome high carb pizza with only 4 grams of carb. The crust is made with chicken. Kroger sells them or you can use the store locator on the website.

What a great feeling to fly for the first time and I actually fit in the seat!!! I've lost almost 60lbs since the last time I flew. The seatbelt fit and I was comfortable during the flight! I had surgery 3/13/17 and these are the moments I have been waiting for!

So much contradictory info. My NUT said low fat too but I'm not sure I will do that. It's amazing how different all the Drs are.

Thank you everyone! I know Tomato has sugar I will make my own in the future but for now I'm only having 2 to 4oz a day if that so I'm not too worried. I'm just glad I feel like I'm actually nourishing myself lol!

To satisfy my craving I'll eat a sugar free Reese's cup, the little one in the bag. It does the trick and I'm good for awhile.
