When I'm craving sweets, sugar free Reese's cups or a sugar free pudding cup are the way to go. I also like to go to TCBY and get a cup of sugar free soft serve frozen yogurt.

Thank you!
I was wondering about sugar free ice cream, being that it's summer time here and I have kids! I wonder about the ice cream stands and their no sugar added ice creams !!??!?

No sugar added ice cream sandwich is pretty good or no sugar fat free frozen yogurt in grocery store love these since became lactose intolerant

Halo top icream is perfect, it even has protein!

Artic Zone ice cream. Low calorie, no fat and has protein.

How long did you guys wait to try ice cream?

I had a 1/4 cup of halo top today. It's a nice treat after just liquids. I asked and the NUT said it was fine.

The day I hit my 6 week mark. I ate 1/4 cup.
