I wouldn't, it has fructose and sugar. Those might cause dumping and that's no fun.

Since you are a sleeve there is less chance of dumping than a RNY, but even without it, it is just plain not 'Bariatirc Friendly'.

  • I personally wouldn't as well because of the fructose

Thanks guys I'm staying away. What else can I have for these two weeks. Clear soups and natural yoghurt they said. And fresh juice

premier protein shakes are good in the thick liquid phase.

There are clear protein drinks like premier protein and isopure. "Better than Bouillon" broth is very good, and you can have sf jello and popsicles. On full liquids, strained soups and greek yogurts are good. A great combo is enchilada soup and some mashed avocado mixed with sour cream! My wife is 3 weeks out so I've been following along, my surgery is in 10 days.

Thanks but there isn't any premier protein in Kenya. I will check at the health stores though today. Got until Tuesday and then I think I start the next phase of liquids (can't remember what the doc said now but he did say it will be liquid but with some solids).
