  1. Apples, your looking super cute. It looks like your getting that confidence as your pics progressed also. Way to go, hon.
  2. Thats a really cool NSV. I love the idea of comparing the shirts. I will do that...later.
  3. Not too great. I am gonna have to make it up next week. I got sick this week. I had to get four shots...in my butt. Talk about a sucky week.
  4. In my dating community size isn't quite the issue it is in other dating pools, but I would think that BBW, especially on the internet, is a way for someone to weed out people who wouldn't like them anyway. It seems like such a waste of time for you to get to know someone onlline, go throught the phone thing, then finally meet and find out that he can't stand any kind of weight on a woman. It's a description. It just kinda sucks to tell someone your fat in anyway wheter its. I'm a fat ass, I'm a BBW, I'm pleasantly plump. The people who wouldn't care one way or the other because you are a cool person...well, then thats who you want to date anyway right? Why waste your time and the time of the guy who isn't attracted to people if they don't look like a movie star.
  5. I am so glad to hear that. It's been such a headache for you. I am so happy you finally got fixed. Now take care of yourself and heal up.
  6. yaaaaaay . Good for you.
  7. I was thinking just the last couple of days that I have been eating like an unbanded person. Not like someone who has an eating disorder that is unbanded, just a healthy completely unbanded humanoid, which would be fine if I was maintaining but I am trying to lose it so its frustrating. But for now I am inpatiently waiting my fill. I've lost 35 since being banded too. I wish it was more...a lot more.
  8. Awwww. Your so pretty.
  9. I would love to go to a ren. fair. It sounds fun.
  10. Queen- You are looking wonderful. And your hair is so pretty. LovableLynn-- you are truely beautiful. And you do have a very lovable face.
  11. I like to use photobucket. They let you resize, edit them give you the code to copy and paste. It seems the easiest to me.
  12. I want to take dance lessons and get a tatto i drew that I want to put on my back, but didn't want to until I lost weight. It will be pretty big so I would have to show my entire back and I am pretty modest.
  13. Oh girl you and your hubby look 10 years younger. You are both totally hot people.
  14. Not to bad, Karen. I am glad you had such a good time. I am going on a mini holiday in june, going to see Cats then off to the true colors concert...so about five days of parties. But...I think I will do ok. If I do as good as you I will be happy.
  15. weekends are really hard for me too.
  16. I bet that feels fantastic really. Thanks for the cup of inspiration this morning. I saw your pics you posted too, by the way. You look great.
  17. aaaa. Waiting for a fill is the freaking worse. I want to just show up at the Dr.'s and tell them...yeah. I'm not leaving to ya fill me up, buddy. I got all day. I will bring a protest sign that says Hungry. Need Fill. and sit there stonily holding it. You think that will work?
  18. So, gonna post some pics of you in your new duds?
  19. Oh not quite...But about mid-April we do go swimming. Every year here we have a big festival here called "mudbug madness" where basically people sell really cajun food, handmade soaps etc. We have bands, and beer, and what not. This year I had about a 1/4 lb of crawfish, which is actually nothing. Well the point is it was 93 degrees yesterday. I put on spf 80 before going outside, but it was fun.
  20. Okay- It's Monday soooooooooo I challenge myself to do 2.5 hours of full on exercise this week.
  21. Bad week for me too. Desperate for a fill. It's like I'm not banded....at least that is how I felt, but then I realized that I have been slowly getting into the habit of drinking when I eat. Today I stop that. Today I stop that. Today I stop. So far so good. I'm not going to talk about what I have eaten. I just can't do it. The only plus is the 2.0 of exercise I did do. Which is 2.0 more than I usually do, but I the food... But I'm not going to drink while I eat. Not an hour before or an hour after and we will see how much of a difference that makes. Ezma- It's always hard to reduce again I think. You get out of your habits. It helps to break that plateau, but it's hard to make yourself stop again. Especially when eating more caused you to lose weight. Peeks- I'm sorry your frustrated. I'm having a huge slow down right now to.
  22. Happy Birthday. Jasper looks like the friendlist dog ever. Jasper the friendly Dog.
  23. First of all I would like to say- What a bitch! Second I would kill her with kindness, as Littlemiss says. Record every instance with dates. Report her derogatory remarks, after you make an effort to speak with her about them. Tell her how they are effecting you. Even if she obviously won't improve (Because I can!) but atleast you can say that you made the effort to approach her. Good luck. I think we have all worked with an evil bitch at one time or another. Right now I work with almost all men, because the woman are upstairs. I hear the men gossiping about each other too, but it's nothing compared to the woman upstairs. Woman can just be vicious to other woman they work with, I don't get it myself.
  24. I had this problem also. It's gotten a lot better, but it was really really scary for a while. Swimming seems to help alot. bouncing around the pool. It seems to work the best to me, when I get out of the pool, even before I lost some weight, my legs would be much less swollen. Also my Dr. prescribed a Water pill...but that only worked for a few weeks, and I didn't like taking it. My Dr. also suggested the medical hose, the kind that go to the knees. She said the ones that go to the hip are miserable. I can't tell you how these worked I didn't try them. The best thing I did was go to my Local "Relax the back" and bought a leg wedge. It is made to prop your legs up to let the Fluid drain out of them. IT was about 50 bucks, but you can sleep with it (if your not a fussy sleeper like me) , prop up your legs while watching tv, etc. Also, do you work sitting down? IF so Your chair might be contributing. I changed from a cheap chair to one that is cushier and more supportive and my legs swell much less dramatically now. Also, make sure that when you are sitting for a extended peroid of time that both feet are on the ground to take some of the pressure off so the legs can get some circulation. This is my experience. We might not have the same problem, but these things helped me alot. I actually have legs that are recognizable as legs now.
  25. I have a mama boob and a baby boob. People tell me they can't notice but I can. When you lost weight did they even out at all? I need to go get fitted for a bra. The underwire always pokes my underarms. I think the bra extenders is a great idea, since my cups are small compared to my width.
