    2 month stall

I go to the gym 3-5 days a week. I was doing 15 minutes of cardio and 25 minutes of weights ans thought that could be part of it. I do see muscle gain. So i have cut out the weights and now do 15 minutes running and 20-25 minutes of the stair master. I have beeb tracking my food intake and its been staying under the 1200 calories. So maybe I am in the same boat as you. Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
  2. I had my surgery Dec 1 and have lost 63lbs since then. However i have beeb stuck at 172 since then end of July. I have lost another dress size but no weight. Anyone else having the same issues? My doctor wanted me down to 160 by now and i just can seem to budge the scale HW 270 SW 235 CW 172 Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

    How's everyone doing?!

I will be 2 weeks post op tomorrow and each day is a little better. Still get tired out easily but that could be because I can't get in all my Protein. Smells and tastes make me want to gag. I don't know what's up with the heightened senses but it kind of sucks lol I am down 15 lbs since surgery which makes it 50 lbs since 8/1 Sent from my SM-N900V using the BariatricPal App
