  8. Today is my one month and I just started soft foods. chicken, tuna ect. After I eat I get a really heavy sensation in my stomach. Obviously it's my first day really eating "real food" and I am chewing well and trying my hardest to eat slow but whenever I'm done I'm so uncomfortable. I'm not even eating the 2 oz that I measure out. Is his feeling normal? Will it go away? I don't want to be this uncomfortable after I eat all the time. Will I eventually be able to eat a little more? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Anyways, I'm posting this wondering how you guys handle your bf/gf or family and their bad eating habits. My boyfriend comes home from work with fast food or something horrible every day. I cried yesterday when I smelled his food. It makes me so mad and he knows it. I could smash his food in the floor . Any of you have to deal with a situation like this? What do you do?
