Day 3 post op,pain on drinking any ideas?

Hi guys, im day 3 post op and doing ok i think. However whenever i drink Water or juice, i get incredible abdo pain for about 15 seconds, doesnt sound long but long enough to put me off drinking the amount i should. Had anyone else experienced this?

Try changing the temperature of what you are drinking. Particularly if you are focused on cold drinks -- many people find warm drinks easier. Sip on some warm broth, low calorie hot cocoa, or tea. Good luck!
