Does anyone here have any simple or know of any simple protein shake recipes for the thanksgiving holiday. I am going to be banded that week and would like to have a shake that is remotely the taste of something from then. Such as pumpkin pie. -droooooooool- Please let me know.

At the beginning of my journey I was 419 lbs...BMI of 61.9 now as of October 31st...391 lbs and BMI of 57. I see the surgeon on the 10th and start my preop on the 10th. My surgery is the 24th.

Those videos are ridiculous. Proves what some people believe...

I started my process April 5th with an orientation. I get banded on November 24th

My surgeon requires an overnight stay.
