Finally! This was my first goal. 8lbs away from onederland. That’s my second goal. Surgery on May 22 and I moving at a snails pace but I’m still thrilled.

I didn’t get the report but he told me I was a risk taker (I carefully plan!) and that I was cheerful but manipulative! He said I don’t follow rules and go my own way. It was all so odd. Then he wrapped it up by saying none of it was bad. Mmkay. I let it bother me for about a day then I cheerfully conned a guy into letting me bungee jump for free while refusing to wear the harness.

Hi Joann - thanks for asking!!
Not bad other than some Constipation today. I don't meet Protein goals yet but nearly make liquid goals. Lost 8lbs since surgery on Oct 24. I did not nap yesterday YAY but woke up at 4am today with a foot cramp!!!

Hi guys thanks for your support. I only had to wait a week so I've just come down from icu where I spent the night and I'm now allowed Water and going to work my way to a hot drink today.
On oral morphine now as my swallow was good so start food tomorow. Yay.

My Dr tested me for nicotine. Does your team not test you?

Every time you post I feel better about my slow loss. It can get discouraging (although I sabotaged myself last month) and then I remember what a success you are!

any kind of sugar free 'jello' I hate the texture so just drank the milk lol

Just an update. I didn't eat for 7 weeks and was on TPN. My stomach healed and I am doing great! Lost 84 lbs. Since my surgery on 4/4/17. Feeling so much better. Very glad I did this, even with the problems I had.

Same here, I can do this, I will do this[emoji1317]

I smoked till the day before. Not a lot but like two or three a day from a pack a day. I will say everything went fine. But coming home starting a new life it was so hard and i had so bad bad anxiety for two weeks. But i have been clean almost two months its hard and i still think about it and my husband smokes. But know i have to stay clean for my health ive heard so many bad things. About smoking after sugery so ive stated a way from them.
