Sosewsue61 day 4 post-op Oct 28 2017

Good morning.

The sleeved side so far has went very well, although I can't wait to stop protein shakes.

My only issues are slight pain from incisions, a little dizzy, and forgetting to sip slowly. I have tons of belching/farting, loud intestinal noises, some disgusting foamies, and barium swallow diarrhea. I am not hungry, and must work hard to get protein and fluid goals - not there yet. Looking forward to full liquids next week and so on.

The surgery doesn't seem real at times, not complaining about that lol.

Hi Joann - thanks for asking!!

Not bad other than some constipation today. I don't meet protein goals yet but nearly make liquid goals. Lost 8lbs since surgery on Oct 24. I did not nap yesterday YAY but woke up at 4am today with a foot cramp!!!

How are you?

Ugh shakes are so sweet, I cannot tolerate the caramel premier any more. I prefer to do ready-made Isopure and dilute it with half a glass of crystal light lemonade.

Only thing is all the whey isolate protein is constipating to me... I can tolerate pureed tuna and just today canned chicken breast w a spoon of mayo. So progress is coming.
