Making and posting videos is very easy. I started out with the mini iPad I used at work.
Now I use a combination of my Android phone and video camera and a tablet.
But any smart phone will do.
Your videos can even be directly uploaded to your Youtube channel from your phone.
I make too many mistakes/pauses/lose my thoughts/say "ummm" to do a direct upload, so I edit my videos in Camtasia first. That is the most time intensive part.
But all of it is very easy to learn.
If you are interested in making videos and have any questions, please PM me. I'll be happy to help.

I was doing ok on surgery fears and anxiety but right now I'm super terrified they will cut my stomach too small during my sleeve procedure.
Next week it will be something else I'm sure.

I wish I could wear cute clothes to work. I'm stuck in these stupid golf polos made for men that are the least flattering thing ever.

I think that when you're the "fat girl" or the "fat friend" you feel invisible to men. In a way it's kind of a freedom that skinny girls don't have. Guys who talked to me were enjoying joking around and my personality, and I NEVER thought they were talking to me for my body.
Now that you have the body ... You're noticing the attention. I definitely think a therapist (I like CBT therapy) would help. I love my therapist!! I only go once a month or longer now, but it's nice to have.
As far as stringing guys along... Remember, like anything, just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD.
Take care of yourself girl. We are all rooting for you!

@@tssiemer Note that I said "fried" gyoza being a no-no. I don't know about steamed. I would be a bit careful about the outer covering, which is made with rice flour and might clump together in your pouch. I'd say try a piece of one (like half), wait half an hour, and see how you feel.
I wouldn't try it until you are in the solid foods stage.

One of these days we are going to have a frank conversation about the idea of monogamy. It is a universal failure. What percentage of people do you know have only had 1 partner for life? Nearly everyone is a serial polygamous when you think about it. The idea that one person will always be sexually, intellectually compatible with you your entire life is mathematically improbable. The only options are:
    1) Get divorced and give up half your stuff and break up all your relationships
    2) Quietly cheat, hope you don't get caught and live a double life.
    3) Live in quiet desperation, deprivation and misery.
I think there is another option, which requires a serious change in people's views of sex and relationships. We need to really start to ask ourselves where this idea came from. How much of it was designed to control women. Who are the sex experts we have been listening to anyway? (Most, like Dr. Kellogg [who was a closeted homosexual, but his ideas still out there] were really screwed up people). Its a serious conversation that needs to be had.

Have you tried one of those sticks? The one I found on Amazon even comes with a carrying case so you can keep it in your purse.

I actually said out loud today "why does food have so many calories?" When I went to my consult the PA put me on a diet where I eat every 3 hours no more than 4 ounces at a time and under 1500 calories.
