TMI Bathroom habits

Ok so. I'm 291 lbs. I have spinal injury with lots of surgeries. I'm recently having a really hard time..... wiping....... My butt. Any suggestions?

  • If you're in public put a pack of baby wipes in your purse. I tend to find them easier to use. At home would it be easier to rinse off in a shower or something?

you need to bend forward as much as you can

when you need to "wipe yourself"

The symptoms will improve with weight loss. However it will never get better. It's degenerative.

Yeah. I have a hand held shower head for that. But I work up to 10 hours a day. :-/ I was in a stall at a park at my husbands family reunion and just could not finagle I way to wipe properly.
