  1. Your pouch will definitely let you know when you've had enough. Pay attention to your body
  2. Put a pillow in between you and the seatbelt on your way home! It really helps!
  3. Were you paying for a private or semi private room?
  4. I use Tylenol. I ate a lot of Popsicles and protein shakes!
  5. Refried beans with cheese and mild salsa, omelets, ricotta with spaghetti sauce and Parmesan, meatballs.
  6. I'm 3 weeks post op and average about 500 cals a day right now.
  7. Did anyone else experience insanely dry skin post op? I normally have pretty oily skin and there is like zero moisture left for me! Any tricks besides lotion?

  9. For me it's the fact that I can't eat as much and sweets make me dump.

  12. Have you tried unflavored protein powder to add to stuff like applesauce or eggs?
  13. I took 3 weeks. I was useless the first and tired the next two but managed to get a few things done around the house.

  15. If you're gassy, try walking. It helps me!
  16. Yes!! For the past few weeks! Mine has gotten better with alternating walking and resting. It's worst for me at night but it's more of a weird feeling and not pain. My surgeon said it should go away on its own.
  17. I'm sorry you had to go through that. I would get a new doctor, pronto.
  18. I've been having small amounts of ricotta cheese topped with sauce and Parmesan...heaven in a bowl. Also retried beans with a bit of cheddar on top.

  22. I wasn't a fan of cherry. I liked cappuccino, peach, lemonade, and sweet tea. I actually bought more of the cappuccino flavor. Oh I blend in my Nutribullet, stick it in the fridge and let the froth settle before I drink.
