  1. I drink decaf. I waited til I was a month out to try it.
  2. I wore a hospital gown and slippers. When I left the hospital I wore a loose pair of pants and a tank top with a zip up hoodie
  3. Literally the only things I needed in the hospital were my phone and Chapstick! I used a pillow for the ride home too.
  4. I didn't weigh in until my first post op appointment. That really helped me.
  5. So I'm 2 months post op. I still have very hard BMs to the point where there's blood on the toilet paper when I wipe. Any suggestions to make them softer? They are usually quite painful. I'm getting in water...
  6. If I don't take my Prilosec I can't keep anything down. But for sure call your surgeon!
  7. Nope, carbs. I definitely eat that much protein (75 on average) but my carbs are usually around 50. Was just curious as to what others were eating per their NUT.
  8. How many carbs a day are you eating? I'm curious to see what everyone else's NUTs have said. Mine said 75-100 g a day. I'm 6 weeks out. I often fall below, however.
  9. I have a Jawbone UP 24 and a Fitbit charge hr. I like the jawbone app better but like the technology of the Fitbit more.
  10. Are you chewing well enough? That happens if I forget to chew to mush.
  11. I'm about 5 weeks out after surgery and still get tired easily but I feel my energy levels increasing!
  12. I was told decaf was fine!
  13. As hard as it may be, the more you walk the faster the gas goes away!!
  14. Yes. I was fine with it!
  15. My incisions are barely healed. I'll be 4 weeks post op tomorrow. I am this week only beginning to bend over, lift a bit more, sleep on my stomach, etc. totally normal!
  16. I literally used my cell phone and charger and my toothbrush in the hospital and I used a pillow on the ride home.
  17. Anyone can email me! I definitely write back! Chani.coady@outlook.com
  18. I think I need your email!
  19. Anyone have one? I just got one and would love to add some friends!
  20. I work in an office too and I took 3 weeks. The first week I was sore, exhausted and overall useless!
  21. Definite try Syntrax Nectar! So good.
