Went to doctor on Monday and I asked him why my blood pressure will go thru the roof every time I ate and she explain to me that I have to learn how to eat slow and man this has been a challenge :/

Thank you all I will try a few and see how it goes still having a hard time taking the shakes even the premier ones but we got to keep trying

Has any one tried this drinks here? It says it has 40g of protein?

My doctor says if I eat too fast or too much I will have pain high blood pressure and feel sick to the point to vomit so she said take one bite put it away and come back later for it don't need to rush it

My mom had the lap band and she had hers removed 2 yrs later so I guess it happen with any WLS

I had the same problem it lasted like 5 days they did my leak test in surgery so I guess it could happen at any time!! It will get better

It took me a few days before I was able to pass gas don't stress it will come keep walking and it will help for it to happen The broth at the hospital was the worst I tasted ever the one my mom made one it was so much more delicious!

Maybe for people that don't have insurance it might be cheaper in Mexico for them

Yes right before surgery I got so ill they had to put the surgery on Hold until I stop throwing up so yes I've been there but it will be ok . Hope it went well

Almost left when I read what everyone was talking about writing etiquette since English is my second language as a new person here posting something I almost felt judge by others but like my weight I didn't let it get to me. I see other are here to help and give u good advice and that's why i stayed and I don't write much but I do read a lot!

I have UHC after I already met my $300 deductible it was cover 100% I only had to pay my doctors "fees" $250 and $200 for over night stay at the hospital. Good luck on the new journey!!
