  1. Wow!! That's how I used to be I miss it... I know I should eat veggies but since I was little I never liked them I'll try to do that know with my new diet maybe my new tummy will like them now who know

  3. So two days a go I was 3 months since I got sleeved and yesterday and today I haven't felt the same restriction I was feeling the last 3 months so I'm concerned to over eat and gain the weight I have lost already ... Is this normal after 3 months?

  8. i know coffee is not a good thing to drink because of is acidic now i have a friend that had the surgery more than a year a go and she says she only drink coffee when she needs to go because it helps her anyone has tried coffee??

  11. I was taking a stool softener but man does it make me sick to the point I can't have any food after I take it and we all know how painful going to the bathroom is now at least for me so any advice on what I can do to help me and not get sick! Thank u all
  12. I had it done one year prior and thought the same thing they took it out and I kept gaining weight with out it so I put it back in because I don't want any more babies and I'm bad at remember taking pills
  13. I had mine done 2 years before my surgery and haven't had a problem yet! :/
  14. I never wanted to cut my hair short until now I was brave enough to do it too because of how much is falling off!! This is the shortest I ever had it
  15. Is ok they gave them to me at the hospital also sugar free Popsicle are good so you don't get dehydrated they say room temperature is good to relax your new tummy but to me is the opposite!! Remember we Are all different but we all have had ice chips and Popsicles Good luck!!
  16. Yes it's real and expect a few more down the road I'm almost 3 months and just hit another stall few days ago! Like they all says we just have to keep our eye on the price!! Good Luck!!
  17. I couldn't I was so nervous the last week before surgery that everything I ate made me nauseas lol I wish I did!!
  18. @@HealthyJudy if you click on your information top right corner there is one that says ticker and once you crate it it will ask if you want to add it as a signature to you post!!
