  1. Those are the harder ones to eat too :/ maybe I just need to suck it up lol I don't blame you right now I'm int eh Vitamin D deficiency and I'm scare if I don't take more Vitamins I can end up like my mom anemic and she has to get iron transfusion once at month :/ after he lap band surgery

  4. i have the chewable and i get sick and end up throwing them up and i need to try something different so the celebrate are $21.99 from my insurance site so wanted to try them i think is the chalky taste from my chewable that make me sick. the ones i take are from twin labs
  5. yeah I'm sorry i was going to make it bigger lol but yes thats the one i know if 3 but the ones i use are making me sick so want to try them and see and this are cheaper than the other ones i take

  9. Sure if u do everything fast the faster I will get the date... Is funny they gave me my surgery date before my insurance approved the surgery so they are fast!! Good luck and anything u need let me know
  10. I started all that process December and January went in to see the doctor and for my date March 23rd the only reason it took longer is because I kept delaying my EKG test :/ lol

  17. Hey guys I wanted to give a great tip I got from an article I read online a few weeks a go I'm trying to find it to share it but I can't but I will as soon as I do. So we all have been there on how painful it could be to have a bowel movement ... well some of you might already know this but for those who don't I been trying the squatting seating position I used my daughter old step stool while I'm sitting on the toilet and put my feet up on the stool and it has help me tremendously.. So I guess this is the right way to poop!! Lol so I hope it can help some of you!!
  18. Well Protein Shakes is something my doctor recommend it for a very long time not for a short term so yes I still take them... But thanks to the other answers I will talk to my NUT and see what I can do! Thanks all!!
  19. Is been 6 months since my sleeve surgery and now what I feel is this emptiness feeling in my stomach even after I eat or drink like my protein shake I wonder is that's the way it will always feel from now on?
