  1. I had it done 3 years ago and after surgery I was bleeding for almost a whole month and cramps my obgyn said it was normal after surgery.

  3. I also had problem with protein until I tried the premier chocolate flavor and now I'm happy I can get my protein in everyday
  4. Yes my mom had the lap band in 2007 she has keep the weight off but now she needs iron transfusion every month because as a result of constantly vomiting she is anemic now
  5. Si this Is My mother she had her lap band done in 2007 and she has maintained her weight loss!! The reason I did mine is because of how proud I'm of her!!

So here is what has worked for me so far i tried the miralax and it game diarrhea.. then yesterday my mom said to try ice tea with gincen and honey the arizona cans and i it worked for me i didn't have pain at all and i felt relieved also tried the Tea someone mention here and it work after 2 days but it was still painful. my mom had the lap band so thats why she had me try that tea since it had worked for her. hope this helps.

  8. For me is painful like pineapple or pine cones some one said earlier not everyone suffers from it but sadly I do Great idea I will try that thanks

  10. No didn't mentioned before I didn't know until my doctor told me since he prescribes me my pain meds I have chronic back pains so I have to take them... So far the mango juice it has helped but make sure is the nectar with pulp is better not just any mango juice

  13. So I started drinking mango nectar juice as per my doctor since I can't handle prune juice and also found out that my pain meds are the ones causing my constipation so been sleeve and pain meds are not a good combination lol
  14. Goal weight is 170 starting at 182
  15. 182 didn't hit goal but happy with my weight so far
  16. I like the chocolate best but haven't tried vanilla Me too chocolate only haven't tried vanilla I never been a fan of strawberry
  17. Not at all mama my doctor said it was ok to use it and that a lot of his patient it was easier to drink protein with a straw.. I been using it from like 4 weeks post op I'm 3 months post op now and no problem!!
  18. my straws they are the reason I'm able to get my Protein in and other liquids

I have UHC too but all I need it was the 6 month supervise diet and psych evaluation blood work and be clear for surgery and I was approved in a week after it was all submitted also cover 100% only had to pay $250 for a over night stay at the hospital but had my own room so I was ok with that! Good luck!!
  20. I filled out too and like the other post just got a lot of calls and then nothing I called them and they said oh yeah your insurance doesn't cover it!
  21. Premier from Costco! Chocolate is my favorite but vanilla is good too
