i was the same but then i got premier Protein and it taste better and can drink them easier they have 30 grams of protein and it will help. i didn't like the isopure drinks earthier they have a nasty after taste. good luck

I get my motivation from my 5 yr old daughter I can do more things with her and the happiness in her makes it all worth it!!

Not anymore is a constant struggle that I don't like to deal with everyday so sad but I know it will get better but for right now is sad!

The gas pain was only bad when I didn't walk so make sure u walk as much as u can as soon as I got to my room I started walking they asked me to rest but I wanted that pressure off right away!! Good luck!

I use my apple watch and I love it and also helps with my heart beats since it likes to go high when I eat

Yesterday was my daughters 5th bday and I'm happy to say I did not cheat even tho we had all kinds of goodness we have the strength to say no!! We are strong!!

Is it only me or has anyone also had a bloody nose after 4 weeks out?

I had it for 2 years after i had my daughter wondering if it will take this long again

My doctor said since we are not eating much all we have is acid that our stomach produces they told me to try over the counter stuff but if every food gave me heart burn they will put me in different medication to stop producing that much acid. My surgery was 3/23 and still have it

I had my surgery 3/23 trying to eat now i will have some Of the dumping symtoms but now i know what does it and i wont eat them again a big advice my doctor gave me was to eat slow it will help.

I did for the first two weeks then it went away but then again i have a Mirena And my ob-gyn said it was ok after surgery ... Still talk to a doctor if u can every female body is different.

I feel that too! And every time I eat something cold I get goosebumps! Lol new U.S. I guess ????

So today I got the alpine punch and is ok so far I see what everyone means about the after taste but so far is better than the protein shakes!!

I didn't get sick until 4 days after my surgery that nausea is so bad even today and I'm 4 days from a month of having my surgery we will be ok but I love how my cloth is so loose on me Hang in there!
