  5. Nice congrats I was 216.6 yesterday and I'm 216 today lol I need to stop weighting my self everyday 8days out and going to my surgeon for a fallow up keep it up!!

  7. I didn't have to do a pre-op liquid diet so I bet is hard but now I see why it helps is so hard to do it post-op so do it and it will help u in the end
  8. I was told to take a multi vitamins and mineral supplement that's has Calcium
  9. All I had is liquids and I feel like I'm full of them but still thirsty :/

  11. Today is my 7 day and I was hungry my daughter was eating pizza so I took some chicken soup just the broth my mom gave me and it was amazing didn't feel hungry after that!! Good luck

  15. What did you mix your shake with? From what I understand a lot of people have an aversion to milk after the surgery. I was sleeves on the 25th and I've been using isopure drinks to get in my protein. I'm using water today but it was too sweet and do I love sweets but that was way too much lol so I might try the bars instead and see how does go

  18. They told me on week 3 to start my vitamins so I would be able to handle more food and liquids
  19. Mine was 45 min and 2 hrs recovery then I was in my room and ask to rest but I started walking as soon as I got there the pain from the gas was unreal and my 5 yr old help me walk it was the sweetest thing and gave me strength
  20. Finally fever went down around midnight and feel better this morning
  21. Thank u all for all the great comments today I tried one chocolate and God is sweet and man I love sweet but this one is too much lol and I did it with water it tested better than with milk but too sweet and I only used one scoop!! Thanks again
