  12. Got my lab results in the mail from the surgical group, and I am vit d and b12 deficient.. here goes to 3 months of more pills!! Anyone else??
  13. Awesome! And don't be scared paige, in 2 months I've lost 11 pounds lol so it wasn't a drastic change. But if we can dramatically decrease our bmi with lifestyle change and keep it that way, it would Def be better than surgery. Good news nikki! Where is everyone from?
  14. Thank you!! Maybe we are going to be bariatric twins!! It'd be cool to have surgery at the same time!
  15. Today marked the end of month 2, I have 4 more months to go until I can try for insurance approval. I had a horrible month due to starting provera, and finally having a period after 11 mo. Damn PCOS. Good news, I did not gain any weight. The first month I lost 10 pounds, and this last month 1 pound lol. Still a loss though!! I have my psychological evaluation next month sometime, and I'm registered for my 3 classes I have to take starting Aug 10. I have to buckle down and get serious about my diet and exercise again, and try quitting smoking. Going to go to a vape starting tomorrow, then lower the nicotine dosage. I just need off cigs. They are terrible!

  22. That's a very good attitude trinn.. and my "diet" sounds like a lot but it really isnt.. like I said 1700 max calories a day right now. This part is about changing the bad habit.. I haven't been through the nutritional.classes yet specifically for the surgery
