  1. most people know for me, the ones that are mean, like oh you took the easy way I just blow it off because I know deep down it is not true. It is hard. very hard and a life struggle, if they do not get that, poo on them.!
  2. I do weight training 3 times a week and cardio 6x a week.
  3. yeah, I go through this stall for 2 weeks than lose 3 pounds then stall, it is a cycle for sure.
  4. I am at about 9 months, 100 pounds down!
  5. I am trying to get to 140-145 currently at 151, I hoping that is my bodies wish too! I am still losing a pound A WEEK but I also want to be able to maintain. I eat now 1300 calories, work out 6 times a week, so we shall see,,,,
  6. I generally do not eat my exercise calories. I consistently eat from 1100-1200 calories a day. My fitbit tracks how many calories I burn, and I have never even gotten close to eating what I burn. At some point I will have to increase so I stop losing.
  7. my nut tells me to eat 3 small meals and 2-3 Snacks a day, eating every 2 to 3 hours. I exercise 6 days a week, and have been extremely successful losing 83 pounds so far. I stick with high Protein low carb, no white carbs, but I am allowed high Fiber toast and English muffins. This is my life style and the way I will eat. I track every morsel of food, and I monitor my calorie intake. I eat 800-1200 calories a day. On Maintenance I will need to eat more. I could not get in my protein in 3 meals. Nobody is fooling themselves, and everyones plan is different.
  8. Baritastic is just like my fitness pal but for WLS patients/
  9. I eat them, but if I eat too many I fart - LOL
  10. My nut instructs me to eat every 2 to 3 hours - if I don't I would not get my protein in or enough calories
  11. Mine gets as low as 48 - my doctor also said it does not need to work as hard !
  12. There is also a new ones baritastic it's made by my fitness pal
  13. I have not tried real pizza, but I make my own on low carb flat out bread. Sometimes I have 1 oz of the barilla protein pasta.
  14. weight 175 Height 5 4 Jeans Size 14, close to 12
  15. What I find interesting here, is although you are eating some bad carbs, your calorie intake at 1200 calories still should support losing weight. Before I had the gastric sleeve, when I slimmer pre-kids, I lost 35 pounds on weight watchers, I ate everything but still lost weight, as I was burning more than I took in, so a hard question. Are you estimating what you are eating in MFP or putting actuals. It may make a difference.
  16. lol - I eat tacos all the time, I use the low carb soft tortilla with 93/7 lean meat. I also make taco salad all the time. 2-3 oz of meat. lettuce, cheese, pico di gallo, and 2 tortilla chips, sometimes olives and avocado, its deliz/
  17. they also have edamame noodles and bean noodles and they are mostly protein. I find I can only eat a small portion. It has a noodle feel to it.
  18. I have a fitbit surge and love it.
  19. my doctor said the same thing, no dumping.
  20. My doctor told me yesterday, that after sleeve once you are on full foods nothing should bother your stomach. He told me that after I had direreah after tuna fish. Bizarre, as I hear a lot of folks getting sick from foods. I so far, have been good with all other foods.
  21. I am 7 weeks out and allowed to eat anything tolerated. I eat nuts daily as a snack.
