11 months post op sleeve

Just curious how things are going for people 11 months post op from the sleeve. It is getting close to my 1 year check up and just wondered how everyone is doing that is at the same stage as me.

to answer your question - i lost 105 lbs in my 1rst year reaching goal

you are right on target compared to me

but - remember

the only thing we have in common is that we're all different

weight loss time varies

you are doing great!!!

have confidence in you that you will continue to be a success
