Keto
Thank you for the input. I started it yesterday so I hope it gets the rest of my weight off. The only thing that surprised me was the amount of calories my macro says to eat, but I'm gonna give it a shot. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

Keto
Just curious of any long timers that do Ketigenic diets. My nutritionists says they do not recommend it for bariatric patients. I am curious if anyone does the Keto lifestyle and if it works. I am 3 1/2 years post Gastric Sleeve and need to lose more weight. Any thoughts? Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

Question
I am going on 3 yrs out and was wondering if anyone else is having an issue with their stomach locking up on the main incision side when either bending wrong, doing crunches and sorry for the tmi but going to the bathroom? I havent had it checked out but wanted to know who else has experienced this. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

Tummy control
I need suggestions on good tummy control options. Some people wear corsets and I sometimes wear a girdle but it doesn't shape my body how I would like. You can tell that I have one on. Just curious to what's out there that really works. Sent from my SCH-I545 using the BariatricPal App

Ok thank you for the input, just trying to get a feel for how many carbs will be right for me. I try not to eat more than 80 a day as I am still not at my goal yet and assume along with everything else too many carbs can stall you as well.

and also forgot to ask, how many carbs a day does everyone try to stay at?

I get hungry sometimes but not often. I think I will try about 900 and see if between that and making sure I get my protein and water in if the scale starts moving again. I still have about 34 pounds that I would like to lose.

Ok thank yall, I definitely will increase my protein and see if that scale gets to moving. I am currently eating about 850 calories a day unless I work out then I increase them some.

Thanks everyone for the input. I believe I am supposed to be getting 80-90 grams per day and I have stalled and I am pretty sure its because I am not getting enough protein in.

I am 14months out and am not sure how much protein I am should be getting a day. Also I think I know this answer but if you don't hit your protein goal a day, can it stop your weight loss? All answers will be appreciated.
