  1. Just curious how things are going for people 11 months post op from the sleeve. It is getting close to my 1 year check up and just wondered how everyone is doing that is at the same stage as me.
  2. I went back to work after a week, and was fine. I have an office job. I guess it just depends on how you are doing.
  3. 182 still this week.
  4. Just reaching out to see how my fellow December 2014 sleevers are doing. My surgery was December 31, 2014 and am down 90 pounds. Hope everyone is doing well.
  5. Thanks everybody, I do use Splenda on a regular basis but everyone says the artificial stuff is so bad for you so that brought me to the question of sugar vs sugar free? I will continue doing what I have been, just wondering what everyone else was doing.
  6. I am 9 months post sleeve. I never know if I should go sugar free or is it ok to eat real sugar in foods with moderation of course. Any opinions would be appreciated.
  7. I had my surgery too in Dec. 14 and have slowed down a lot but am still losing at least 2 pounds per week. I had a Nut. apt yesterday and she said I am actually ahead of schedule as far as how much I have lost at this point. Just keep it up and you will get moving again.

  13. I just started running yesterday but have always walked since my surgery last December. Just wondering if people have had better weight loss post sleeve running as opposed to walking for exercise.

  15. How are my fellow December 2014 sleevers doing? I down 80 pounds as of today and feel wonderful. I still have a ways to go but am very happy with my progress.
