  4. Yes!!!! Jolly time is the best tasting and is the healthiest for the individual mini bags.
  5. I have hit a major stall with a slight gain. Going back to basics. liquid, soft & mushy. I'm doing it all your cer again. Good luck.
  6. You have to take the calcium & any vitamin with iron at different times. They compete for absorption. One will cancel out the other.
  7. I was 283 @ 24 I'm 229 @ 18/20 I'm 12 weeks post op tomorrow.
  8. I had to have mine redone. The original surgeon never made the RNY connection long enough. And I also had to have my pouch made smaller. If you live in the Pennsylvania area I would highly recommend The University of Pennsylvania. They are awesome they fixed everything and I'm finally back on track.

  10. Totally normal. Happened to me. It's the gas, liquids etc.... You will lose it. Fast!
  11. Mine came & went within an hour. However I have gotten them 2-3 times a day. I hope it passes quickly.
  12. I'm 10 weeks post op & I've stalled. For a week now. It's so frustrating. I've stepped up my exercise and even decreased my food intake. I did not go through the 3 week stall. This is my first time. I'm about to go back to a liquid diet for a bit. Any help or suggestions. Thank you ????????

  17. I had the same issue and today I am three weeks post op. A few days ago I started taking in under the tongue dissolvable b-12. The no energy went right away! And I feel great!! It's a naturemade brand I believe.

  19. I'm about three weeks post op and cannot get warm!!! I am absolutely freezing all the time. Is this due to the very reduced calorie intake that I am having?? Any help would be really helpful. Thank you. ????

  21. When I was in the hospital having my surgery I wasn't due to get my period for two weeks and boom I got it in the hospital with a vengeance after I woke up in recovery. Now I'm kind of out of whack!!
  22. I was wondering what was going on!!! The smell when I peed was awful!! I started wearing a scented pad!! Thank God someone asked this question!!!
  23. I'm in mine as well. I'm 3 weeks on Wednesday. I'm also still on liquids.
  24. I'm almost 3 weeks post op & I'm still on liquids. I get to start soft/puree foods Thursday.
