  5. Yes!!!! Jolly time is the best tasting and is the healthiest for the individual mini bags.
  6. I have hit a major stall with a slight gain. Going back to basics. liquid, soft & mushy. I'm doing it all your cer again. Good luck.

  10. You have to take the calcium & any vitamin with iron at different times. They compete for absorption. One will cancel out the other.

  15. I was 283 @ 24 I'm 229 @ 18/20 I'm 12 weeks post op tomorrow.
  16. I had to have mine redone. The original surgeon never made the RNY connection long enough. And I also had to have my pouch made smaller. If you live in the Pennsylvania area I would highly recommend The University of Pennsylvania. They are awesome they fixed everything and I'm finally back on track.

  18. Totally normal. Happened to me. It's the gas, liquids etc.... You will lose it. Fast!
  19. Mine came & went within an hour. However I have gotten them 2-3 times a day. I hope it passes quickly.

  21. I'm 10 weeks post op & I've stalled. For a week now. It's so frustrating. I've stepped up my exercise and even decreased my food intake. I did not go through the 3 week stall. This is my first time. I'm about to go back to a liquid diet for a bit. Any help or suggestions. Thank you ????????

  26. I had a revision as well. I'm 45 down in 8 weeks. Keep up the good work!!
