10 days post op- f/u visit

Had my first f/u visit this morning. All incisions are healing nicely and I can face the shower now...lol that will be Devine! I am down 6 pounds. I have not had to use any pain meds or nausea meds. I am walking on the treadmill. I am able to meet the liquid requirements but am falling a little short on Protein piece-dr said don't worry about that until I am on the next phase-which starts next Wednesday.

I am hoping we all have a great spring to help us along on our journey!

Fantastic on the 6 lbs & feeling great!!! Keep up the good work!!!

  • Congrats!!! I am 5 days post op and am down 6 lbs. I have no idea why I thought I would wake up from surgery 50 lbs lighter, although that would be nice. I am learning that small loses are huge gains.
