You gain Water weight in the hospital from all the fluids they pump into you. I promise it will drop off very rapidly. I think I gained 8 lbs while in. GiVe it a week and you will lose that and then some.

It is normal and happens to all of us.

I came home from the hospital 19lbs heavier.....but from reading the posts about it I expected a gain and it took a week to get back to my surgery weight.
