  1. I totally understand the transfer addiction worry. I myself for a little while was having a glass or two of wine before bed. But I caught myself and stopped. I only have a glass now when we are out with friends. Looks like everyone is I doing great!!!
  2. I'm seeing slower weight loss also. But it's still steady. I'm down 93 pounds with 37 more to go till I hit my personal goal. Glad to see everyone doing so good!!

  5. Central Florida here....from Lakeland. Surgery was in March and I'm not to far off from goal!!!
  6. What a difference a year makes!!
  7. So far so good here. SW 256 weight now 189. Dr. says I'm right on target to be at my goal of 145 by my first year. No problems eating or drinking. I can say that I don't hit my protein goals or take my vitamins but I am very careful about what I eat and all my blood work is great.

  15. Jenny, welcome! I am from FL and am right at six months out from surgery. Things are great! My energy level is off the charts and my weight loss is right on track. Good luck with everything and keep us updated on your progress!

  18. Not sure if it will help you, but I wear spanx under my spandex when I work out.
  19. Of all the things our air has gone out!!!! They are coming between 8-12 to fixit tomorrow so I'm sorry I won't be able to meet. :-(

  23. I know...it's really rough. But it's like childbirth one day you won't remember the pain :-) I spent the first week in bed pretty much. But once I got through that it got better fast.
