Nausea

Has anyone had issues with waking up in the middle of the night feeling nausea? I am about 10 weeks out and i been waking up during the night feeling sick.

    Do you have any medication for nausea? Nibbling on whole wheat crackers (if your diet allows it) can help.

    I was reading someone's post today talking about this problem. They said they had tried eating something small when they woke to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Worth a try at least.
