Agree with all the above but, also remember you just had major surgery. My energy didn't come back until week 5 post op. Hang in there, it'll happen:-)

I had the same issue and today I am three weeks post op. A few days ago I started taking in under the tongue dissolvable b-12. The no energy went right away! And I feel great!! It's a naturemade brand

You are lacking a lot of nutrients right now. It's impossible to get everything you need in 450 calories for the day. Be sure you're getting all of your supplements in as required along with doing goo

Hello-
I am 12 days post op and have been doing very well. I am able to get in my Protein (50-70g) each day. I am able to get my Water in - barely. Usually coming in 64-68 ounces each day. Since the 3rd day, I have felt good most of the time. Everything looked great for my surgery fup on Day 6. My problem is that around day 9 I started feeling very weak. I went to my Primary Care on Day 11 for my first visit since surgery and my BP was 90/50 so my BP meds were cut in half. I figured that was the issue. However, Day 12 same thing. I was wondering if it is just due to the super low calorie count. It looks like I am only getting in around 450 calories per day. Should I look for some higher calorie sources for my protein to get some more energy? Or possibly add a meal a day? Or could this be something else? Anyone experience this?
