    January Sleevers ❄️

    I haven't been on in about two months cause I wasn't really losing anything. My doctor gave me a scolding and said I should of reached goal already and that was discouraging a bit. So I'm not sure how I feel about that yet. I have pcos and still trying to find the right balance for that and lose weight at the same time. I guess I'm just making sure I'm not gaining anything. Hope everyone is doing well and staying strong!

    thanks @bewell. I'm getting over it. I was whining and wishing I could cool breeze it til goal but I was heavier than most who started when I did so I can't really beat myself up. Where I haven't lost weight recently I have gain muscle and look a lot leaner then I did. 2016 is my year to get to my personal goal and make my life what I want it to be. 25 more pounds and I'm having my stomach done, I never wanted to really be thin as I want to be healthy and I think that is where I stand. I feel like I have 5-8lbs of excess skin on my tummy and some on my inner thighs. I gained 2 inches in my booty due to the 200 squats I do a day and I feel pretty good. I need to have my kitchen on lock down after 7 cause thats when I start roaming it like a rodent eating things for no reason. So weird how I never wanted to eat to now I really want to eat again. Stinks and wish those desires were cut out with my stomach. On the best side my skin and hair looks amazing and I feel pretty for once!

    thanks for the words of encouragement I really want to beat this fight of the bulge. I did think the honeymoon would be over so fast and that it would get so hard. I will keep trying cause I deserve it and I think that if I could just remember that I will win!

    I'm trying I signed up with my trainer today and bough some meal prep containers and completely threw out every single piece of junk food in my house. plus I gave my debit card to my husband and said if I'm not with you then I don't need it cause a drive thru is very tempting. i need to just get motivated. If I could lose this weight I gained and breath a little I would be ok. So I guess the new year it what I need to get back in track.

    I'm having some major issues. I was doing sooo great then in November my son was sick most of it and I had to take off work and not go to the gym and I got super depressed and still in a way am. I'm incredibly upset I'm not anywhere near goal and of course ppl still are calling me really fat which is not helping at all. I have basically given up. I don't care anymore.

      I won't even lie I slipped on the carbs and man old habits are sneaking in on me. I need to get a grip and seriously drop the carbs, well processed carbs for a couple of months. Too much hard work to throw it all away now!

      Its not a bad thing that the honeymoon is over. It gives you the reality check that this is work. You know what to do.

      I'm hating the old feeling of not losing and trying really hard, feeling the old well its not working just give up montage coming back. I'm doing a huge pouch reset recommended to me by my surgeon. Its for two weeks and I will tell you I'm having the pre op headaches and head hunge. I'll get through it just tough not losing anything for month on end.

    I tell them as i'm ordering I'll immediately need a to go box and since my family always does appetizers I just keep that tiny plate and eat what fits on the plate as my main meal.

      Don't buy it! Today I went to GNC and bought a protein cookie because I've been craving cookies. I have planned my entire day eating around this cookie. I just reuse to give in to mindless eating anymore. If I am going to snack, it ill be with a purpose. Plan, plan, plan! You've come too far to stop now.

      Eat your protein first. Then wait 30-45 minutes. You still want that treat? Fine. But it doesn't mean the treat can have *you.* Take 3 to 4 bites and put it away. If you can't deal with it sitting their staring at you (you know how some foods seem to have accusing eyes) then toss it out or stick it in the freezer or do any of the alternative behaviors you've developed for yourself. LOG your treat. Better yet, LOG it before you eat it. Look at the numbers. Still want it?

      Thanks for the encouragement...I know what my problem i. Old habits I don't see progress so I slip back into the old way of thinking and it says screw it just eat whatever it doesn't matter. I locked up all the junk food and gave the key to my family so I don't have access to it. Tomorrow is a new day! You guys are my rock!
