  4. hey lexy that's great!!! inches are awesome!! soooo...i was thinking on my drive home, things could be worse, i could have not lost anything at all. i'm trying to stay proud of my accomplishment thus far... :smile2:
  5. ugh, quick vent: i've been teetering between 250 & 248 for the last couple of weeks. this sucks!!!!! i can't wait for my long overdue fillllllllll!!!!!!!!
  6. well, hope to see you next year;keep us posted on your journey!!
  7. hi sask- congrats to you on your date!! will you be staying through the weekend for the bash?
  8. i go to walmart, ross, tj max, or sometimes old navy when they have good sales.
  9. easy there with the cheetos, lol. i don't want to rain on your parade, but you have to watch what you eat, or follow some sort of diet. i realize you're very hungry...i'm going through the same thing, but i don't get my first fill until august; i do have a little restriction. but what i'm doing is following a high protein low carb diet & exercising. all of this is helping and i'm sure once i get to my sweet spot, my band will be adding to it. remember, the band is just a tool...
  10. you can do it! you'll see, a month will go by so fast! focus on your proteins, and if you get really hungry, start moving & keep your mind occupied. i find that helps me A LOT!!!
  11. oh yeah, im in: 45-60mins brisk walking daily either at the gym or park. GOAL: to loose 7-10lbs this month (no fill yet).
  12. oh man, yes some people can be negative!!! but you have to brush all that negativity off and concentrate on you and the new journey you're about to begin. whatever you all descide, to tell or not, its all up to you. =)
  13. i did tell immediate family and then the ENTIRE family found out just a couple of weeks ago when they saw me at a family reunion and asked what my weight loss secret was...i told them. i did tell some people at work, when they asked, “so how was your vacation?” I then would reply, “uh, I didn’t go on vacation, I had surgery…” of course they asked, but I told them. there are some people I didn’t tell, but if they find out through office gossip, I don’t care. There is this one person who I kind of wish I didn’t tell, every SINGLE time she calls the officeshe asks me are down? How much have you lost so far? THAT GETS REALLY OLD!
  14. hi all- losin' slowly, but i can't complain!!! this is before any fill, i can't get my first one until august, i'll be traveling most of july. so can't help but imagine how much better the loss will be with one!!!
  15. yeah that's just great isn't it??? i just had my fourth session, laser is to its highest setting, 30, and i only see a 50% difference in my treated areas. i get my entire face done with the exception of my nose & forehead, my under chin area gets treated as well. my package includes 6 sessions and free maintenence for two years...i told the tech yesterday I KNOW i'll need more than 6 sessions. all i know is, for the money i spent, this sh*t better work.
  16. i dunno, call me crazy , but i can't wait to have a normal one all on my own.
  17. omg!!! you should definitly go! don't let your weight stop you !! have an awesome time, try not to let it stop you
  18. you need to walk,walk,walk...it helps so much. i had the severe pains too. i walked, used electric heating pad to sleep, and the heat patches that last 8hrs when i returned to work. use therma care, they work the best :blushing:
  19. you both just gave me a great idea: i'll clean out my closet & dresser. not only will it make room for new smaller clothes, but i know i'll find some "treasures" too!! oh im super excited now!!!:Angel_anim:
  20. walking should be fine. just don't over do it and start off slow. good luck with your exercise routine!:Angel_anim:
