  1. Did you not get a diet plan from your surgeon, nutritionist, ect...? Its hard to give you advice on what to eat without knowing what stage you are in?
  2. Are you drinking the "milky" protein drinks or the clear protein drinks like isopure?
  3. I can't tell you if you messed it up or Not but If I were you I would do as your told. Your surgeon has a plan for you and they expect you to be compliant with it. I have heard Of surgeons canceling surgeries for non- compliant patients. My surgeon would Have and he made that perfectly clear he told me if he opens up a to do surgery and the liver is too big he would close back up and that's that. Its too dangerous to do surgery on your stomach if you have a big fatty liver which is common with over weight people.
  4. Ok I will check it out I'm just so use to lose it...

It's impossible to tell you exactly what to expect since we are all different but if you find your self needing advice...just put it out here and you can bet someone will have an answer for you. Good luck tomorrow and I wish you a speedy recovery! Keep us updated!

  12. I haven't gone out to eat yet but you could go to subway and have the give you meat and cheese, or a salad if you can handle that. I would opt for a meat and cheese type platter though. Also if you Have to go through a drive-thru McDonald's will sale you just a grilled chicken breast and Wendy's has a good small chili. If you are dinning in Mexican restaurants have fajitas you could have that and skip the tortilla, Chinese egg drop soup would be a good choice, Ok I'm out of ideas now : )
