Oh hey, I am back to work today. I am doing two 4 hour shifts split up. I work in my car, just sitting. I can move around pretty good so my legs don't get stiff, but Damn my belly was sore after this morning. Hopefully tonight won't be so bad or I may need to rethink this.

Finally @ Beni Your Day Has Come. I am excited for you! Tomorrow will speed by & before you know it you'll be sitting pain free in your Recovery Bed.

And yes, remember to walk, walk, walk....it'll push that gas out! Oh--and I had better luck with baby mylecon drops than the gas x strips. They made me nauseated, but of course at that point, everything was. :-)

Wow what the hell what kind of pain was it

Try maybe mass gainer shakes which have more calories along with the high Protein? I mean you could graze all day but I'm assuming you want to put this on in a healthy way. Cut back on cardio and focus on lifting to gain muscle. I'm not an expert by any means. I'm still actively losing. But I'm a big proponent of lifting.

I went from 298 to 165 in 10 months. 133 pounds. The first 113 fell off by June and I was sleeved in Devember 17, 2013. I thought I was stabilizing at 185, which was GREAT, but them lost more when work got stressful. Probably 10 pounds under where my body wants to be.
Who has experience gaining weight? I'd love to put on 20 pounds of muscle but the calories requirements of working out to gain muscle are huge and I have a hard enough time putting it back on.
Thoughts?

you sound like me lol my husband said u was a big baby the pain wasn't bad it was the gas rolling around in my back but once I got up and walked omg I felt so much better yesssss but know the gas is not bad but my right side incision hurts but it's not to bad

@@Beni ahaha me too I cried and I didn't even care I was hit by a car a couple weeks before surgery so my back hurt so bad nothing made me feel better I still went ahead with surgery and I was crying daily like what did I do to myself but there is light at the end of the tunnel I would do it again

Thanks, I'll need it. Pain and I are not best friends. I just hope I don't cry like a baby and embarrass myself to death.

I can't help you since my surgery is next Tuesday but I hear for some people the nausea last a while. Are you allowed to have a nausea patch behind your ear. It's OTC at the drugstore but check with your doctor first.

So my husband has been gone for two weeks, he has not been home for any of my recovery. Today he's home and ran to the store for me. He brought me home a surprise, cookies! What party of the last six months has he missed? Ugh.

For me day 3-14 puréed food and 14-30 introduce solid food I was on liquids day 1-3 only

but the Biotin promotes Hair growth so if it's coming out and the biotin is regrowing the hair you can say it stops Hair loss in a way also hair infinity works great.

My doctor had ordered an acid reducer (omeprazole), so I didn't have a problem, but I wonder if he prescribed it because other people do.
