  1. I kept it moving this weekend, I'm happy to say

    Friday Gym

    Saturday Gm

    Sunday 3.2 walk (bonus cleaned the house)

    Monday 6.4 walk and a little more later (bonus washed the truck)

    I want to incoporate some home exercise in all this movement. I want to start some sit ups, leg lifts, hand weights and Tae Boe Kicks.

    Eating was ok but should have been better.


  2. Ok Doug I am jealous. Men always walk in the door, drop their weight and then go play basketball. For us women, oh my goodnes, we walk in the door, loose a little, fall off the wagon, get back on, fall off, run around, hormones running lose, skin hanging around, take the kids to the doctors appointments, go to pta with lose skin, finding fabulous clothes but want them smaller, running to the grocery store, doing hair, cooking for the family.......oh where was I going with this.


  3. I LOVE IT!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT, I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE GYM EVERYDAY!!!!!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :faint: I'M GOING WALKING TOMORROW MORNING AND BACK TO THE GYM ALSO!!!! I really need to get an ipod so I can have the music I want.


  4. I was 379 and now I am 376 WOOOHOOO I have to admit I was a bit disappointed. I just knew it was going to be down 8 or 9 pounds but I am ok. I am going in the right direction and have a new workout routine. I want to be out of the 370 by the end of this month and it is doable. I am going to stay positive and focused. :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:
