    Too many people have been talking about bacon. So what do I have this morning. Bacon and scrambled eggs. I have eaten 1 strip and about 2 forks of eggs and I'm almost stuck. I think that's enough until later.
     
    I wish I had put my pedometer on first thing this morning because I was up and down the stairs and running around to fix my breakfast and lunch and get dressed. Whewww

    I am in such a good mood today, right now. LOL I got excited in the MD Forum writing about my walking and that the weekend is here and that I WILL BE WALKING THIS WEEKEND.....!!!!!
     
    My daughter put in the WAP tape and I put on the radio and we walked and danced for 45 minutes. We did almost 3 miles according to the tape but 3 according to my pedometer. LOL I was having a ball and my daughter was laughing at me while she was walking. I was wet and my hair was soaked when I got through. It felt so good just to be working out. It was gorgeous outside yesterday and I should have gone to the park but I did not so this was better then nothing.

    Life is moving forward, for some strange reason it won't just wait for me.
     
    Well you know me, it is going to be 80 degrees today. I hope not to be in the house until night. Oh no my TOPS meeting is today. I want to be outside....:scared:

    The sun is my friend. Oh boy I went back again yesterday. I'm going back today because the weather is going to start going down from today.

    395 gained a pound. I won't go through the excuses again because I feel good about what I have accomplished so far. I guess I can't expect to lose 4 pounds every week:confused:
     
    Anyhow I will step it up this week so I can see those 5 pounds gone so I can see....WHAT......389. I will we try to get in 2 days of 5 miles and 3 days a week of floor exercise.:paranoid

    Stress is a mutha....leave home without it.
     
    I am at 371 thank God, after gaining 4 pounds two weeks in a row is a real downer. I knew I did not gain all that weight in that amount of time. So I have lost 10 pounds in 1 week....the body has a serious sense of humor and I was not laughing. Ok my goals seem more attainable now.
     
    I still don't have much time to get on line.

    I went to the gym when I got off from work and I went this morning. I feel good. dananananana like I knew that I would dananannana I feel fine.....
     
    I'm excited about losing this weight. I went home and washed the truck, fixed dinner which was easy ..leaftovers. My daughter pulled out and prepared some teryaki noodles which were delish. I found cornbread so I made muffins and put sheredded cheese in them. I also put a sweet potatoe in the microwave and then put pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, butter and brown sugar. yummo Oh yeah the leftover baked chicken and on rib w/barbeqsauce.

    I thought my eating was worse then it was yesterday. I had about 1200 calories yesterday. It just wasn't meals. So today I took the time to go get a LC meal 150 calories and I have 2 salmon cakes, hopefully I will only eat one. They are about 100 calories a piece so it is really ok but I did not walk yesterday so I want to keep my calories down.
     
    I did do floor exercise last night and I will walk today.:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: I forgot my dag gone shirt again. I need to put one in the car so I don't forget.

    Lose 14 pounds during May I think I will be getting a fill at the end of the month.

    Lose 14 pounds during June 375 by July..... 22 more pounds gone for birthday and bandiversary..:bandit

    Wigh In day I'm ready. I saw a scale on sale somewhere that goes up to 380. I'm thinking about getting it. Waiting until Tuesday weigh ins are so nerve racking sometimes.

    I want to start drinking or smoking. OK I don't really want to start smoking because it stinks but if it didn't .....and the cancer thingy but OK I want to start drinking. People who drink just have so much find in their mind. Right now my brain cells are not having a good time. If I get them drunk they will think they are having a good time therefore I will have a good time.
     
    Dag it, I want an escape. I am tired of stressing and having to worry about things and dealing with them. I want someone else to deal with the stupid stuff. I don't want to have to go buy a drill because I don't know how many watts, volts, mega hertz or whatever to get. Unfortunatley I keep this silly dam smile on my face:) .
     
    Oh :notagree I could go to sleep like some people do. They can just in the bed and sleep for hours at any given time, get up, go back to sleep. That one is safer and you won't eat while you are sleep.

    The weather finally really broke and I feel so much better. I need the sun and warmth. I did 6.4 miles yesterday and going back for more today. WOOOHOOOO!!!!!

    I'm tired of this ride, I wanna get off for minute. dam *shuts the door, as I get off*......walking away......sitting on the bench.......looking around.....really quiet.....beautiful.......too quiet.....huuuuuuuu......get up.....walk back to ride......"I guess I'll get back on now, everyone else is still on it"
     
    My emotions, hormones, whatever they are suck.
     
    Hey, I am back in the saddle again. I walked 4 miles Saturday and then helped my neighbor move, then I took a 1 hour nap. LOL Sunday I walked 3 miles then I ate ice cream....hummmm:tired Oh well it sounds like an hourly 2 minute session coming on. I need a name for that.

    oh well I'll be back I'm going to do some sit ups.

    I went back for more yesterday and did 3.2 miles. Oh boy if the weather would just stay this nice.

    I did get my 10,000 steps in and it was not easy easy. I had about 100 to go before bed so I'm stomping around with my daughter and then realized I did not put the pedometer back on. Duhhhh so I gave it to her and told her to get it. LOL I walked in place with her and even ran as I did when I did not have it on. LOL so it said 10,130 something but I know it was more. LOL
     
    What did I eat.
     
    Baked potato, 1/2 porkchop, baked chicken, string beans
    I messed up I did have ice cream yesterday.

    D-Salad, fish, biscuit(2)
     
    Oh goodness this school meeting has thrown me all off. Stressed out eating, haven't gotten my steps in or my water.

    yeah yeah yeah
     
    Oh yeah I went to Bath and Body Works and bought some "Toe the Line" foot scrub and my feet feel so much better.....right after I use medium grade sandpaper (the kind on an emery board) on my feet then use the scrub on my feet for 3 days after I got off from work and then slathered them down with cream and oil and put socks on. They feel really good now.
     
    Gotta get them ready for the Summer.

    WOW today is one of those days...not in the negative but just one of those days....I guess I mean a good day. I feel like praising God. Thank you Lord....I guess it is kinda contagious. Like a smile is contagious, is someone smiles at you, you smile back most of the time. I just spoke to a friend who just kept giving God the Glory and saying he is here becuase God woke him up. I forget sometimes in a small way. I am so blessed, wow in so many ways. A freind called with some problems and I didn't want anything negative but God gave me the patience and words to encourage her yesterday. I am sorry she is going through what she is going through but it takes someone else's problems sometimes to see how blessed you are. The grass is not always greener on the other side but I am the type of person that wants to come over and help you water your grass so it can be as green as you want it to be.
     
    Patience is key in life. Love yourself.

    I am .....I'll just say my plate is full.
    I feel like I don't have anything to give to anyone else right now.
     
    I feel like I am eating everything.
    few string beans, 2 bites of beef...golf ball 8:30am

    Again it is not a meal. I am scared to weigh in this evening. The weekend was so full I did not walk. Sat morning ran errands to begin DD hair for school. I was so tired I went to bed early. Got up early to volunteer and came home to continue to hair. Washed clothes and then she took a nap so I cooked dinner. She got up and I finished her hair but I kept going back for another piece of beef. Yesterday I do go to TTC so I am happy about that.

    394--- and tomorrow is going to be 390 then 389--385---380---379---375 I just like looking at that number.
     
    My birthdayand bandiversary goal 375. At last weight in I was 19 pounds away. :Banane09:

    So far 35 miles of walking this month. MAY
     
    I'm EXCITED...I am just so pleased at what I have accomplished.
     
    459- 394 WOW I'm below 400, I am so happy, I can walk for 3 miles and not die, I can say no to food.
     
    I feel like I can do so much more now. I use to sit and think about exercising and now if somone says let's walk.....:bolt: I would be gone....to sit somewhere else. I feel energized and I want everyone else to feel the same way.

    It's Monday we get to do it all over again. LOL
     
    I went to the gym Friday after work and Saturday. I did not go yesterday or this morning. I plan on going at lunch and after work today.
     
    I did go to a program for Weight for God. I like any type of weight lost support groups. By their scale I have lost a pound this week. LOL I will have to kick some butt today and tomorrow to get my TOPS scale down. I was shooting for 3 pounds this week but if I don't hit 3 I know will fall amoung the stars.
     
    I'm excited about weighing in tomorrow. The only thing is on Weigh in day I start eating everything.
     
    Today I had cheerios and a banana for breakfast. Lunch will be salad and michelina lasagna thingy 260 calories I think. I will have to check.
