Me, too! We paused it to read it, and what she wrote is just disturbing. Poor Amy. I was saying last night that she probably won't have the balls to stand up to Vicky and Vicky's a bully that will run right over Amy. What a psycho. I think Brady is okay by himself, but he has too much faith in his darling wife. I can't wait for next week! I was so happy when Brady left. Strength in number, eh psycho??? ha ha ha..I loved it!!!

November Exercise Challenge
Hi, everyone! I'm in! I've been lurking, but I've only had time to skim new posts and go. We've been going to the gym in the morning and in the evening. (Halloween kicked my butt and old habits came up.) But, I before that I was doing well, and now I'm back at it. MY PROBLEM? I'm not losing anything except motivation. I'm steady at the same weight, and I'm losing energy! I'm so tired, and I thought more exercise would get me going. It's doing the opposite. I spoke to a personal trainer and am considering forking over dough I don't have in order to get a good start exercising. He asked what I was doing and I told him running. Then he asked me why. I was stumped. um....Cause it sounded good? I dunno!!! His suggestion was that my heart rate was running to high and I was burning muscle and gaining fat. Is this true??? Anyone have this happen to you? I'm not sure if he was sincere or just wants me to sign up for the service. (I really want to! I'm just really broke right now.) What to do - what to do? I am not giving up, though...despite my 4 month plateau. AND, he said that because I have high arches I need New Balances. Anyone know shoes??? I thought exercising would be intuitive...but, good grief...it's not!

I actually was so pissed last night, I had to pause it to take a break. I love the red team and Heba is a big ole - B! I hate how's she thinks she's all that....so, okay...the blue team sends both Amy's home...who does she think the husband and wife will pick??? Hello? And she said nothing was going on in Phil's noggin...? I can't WAIT until she's voted off. I'll do a little happy dance right there in my living room. And, yeah - I liked her in the beginning. Now I really want Colleen...she's IS classy! And she deserves it. Okay....end of my rant for now! LOL

October Exercise Challenge
Ack..been a crazy week - started a new job this week and lost internet connection at home for a few days. I still made it to the gym every day last week. Saturday we walked around the RenFest, and I admit - I was bad. Sunday we just chilled and recovered. Monday we jogged around the neighborhood w/the dogs. That was really fun. Today, back at the gym. Ran/walked/jogged for 30 minutes went almost 2 miles. I lost 2 pounds after hitting a plateau since May!!! I will get past this!

October Exercise Challenge
Just checking in...I have been to the gym 4 times this week. I even dragged my sorry butt up at 4:30 one morning because I couldn't go at night after work. It's a new job this week, so I'm struggling w/stress and NO COMPUTER AT WORK! argh. I miss my down time and my LBT! I beat my mile by 2 seconds today. ha ha...yeah, I know. I'm not hard core yet, but I'm getting there.

October Exercise Challenge
So far this week we have gone to the gym 6 out of 7 days. I am so proud of my family! We dragged our butts up today out of bed and went. I'm started to try more weight machines. I really want to work on my abs and get my belly fat down. I need to throw out the scales. Every day I feel more and more confident and am feeling GREAT. Then, I step on the scales and nothing. No movement at all. Very frustrating.

Me, too! I love that phrase. quote=luluc;1026747]to have an opportunity to hunker down for 3 months to work out; Uh-Oh...You said "hunker down". DH and I had a drinking game during Ike. Everytime a new reporter or statesman would say, "hunker down," we'd have to drink! So, this next sips for you, luluc!

Right there with you. I think I like Heba best, but each week I lean towards the red. Purple chick pissed me off when she blew the kiss. I couldn't believe that. Same about being on the fence.

October Exercise Challenge
Today: 35 minutes on treadmill. I'm still embarassed to run in front of people, so only 10 minutes of that was running. The other 25 minutes was walking on medium hill and at 3.5 speed. and I'm stiff and tired! but, I'm going again tomorrow because I want to be healthy!!!

I clicked here! I clicked here! and...wow. Yeah...Talk about a bad PB episode... Does anyone else find it strange that mention of Plain's genitalia caused Susan to go to bed? Can you have sweet dreams after that? Congrats, LJM!!! Aside from the baby, you're right where I want to be. I love his name! That's a great start. :w00t:

October Exercise Challenge
Wow! I love the gym! Yesterday, took DH and he jumped on board with joining. I'm not sure what we did...we were there for 2 hours, then we sat and signed papers. We did cardio and weight lifting. Today, DD and I went after school/work. Did 20 minutes on treadmill 10 on elliptical (hate it, really, it's official) and 10 minutes on bike, then 10 minutes of stretching. I do way more there than I ever would at home. Although, I'm a little embarrassed about running when people are there, so I just did a fast walk on the treadmill, with a little running thrown in. On the weekends I'm more comfortable since no one was there that early. Question: Should you do Cardio first, then weight lifting, or lift then cardio?

I'm just glad that today is OVER. I'm training my friend at work and that's, well...kinda tough. Especially when at one point she fell asleep and I had to remind her that this part (all of it) is pretty important. Doh!

Yep...we had a new aussie transfer and we get along pretty well...but Cobber threw me. He said it was like a friend, but he's a sneaky bastard...the good kind...and it *could* have meant something else and he was pulling my leg. So....What the heck is an ocker Aussie? :crying: I loved the Cranberry! (I can see! I can seeeeeee!) Wow...I'm just not sure even the most attractive individuals would look good running in the nude. Sickenly enough, I'd love to see that. But, probably just once. Ditto that! :smile2: Like a pie, with fruit. You warm it up and put ice cream on it. Yummy.

October Exercise Challenge
I did it! DD and I got up this morning and went and there were about 2 other people in the gym. We did 20 minutes on the eliptical (1.5 miles according the machine's numbers) Then, I moved on to the treadmill - what a difference from my crappy home one. I ran for 10 minutes straight and didn't even feel it! Then, I did the circuit training for two rounds. Then on the bike for 10. After, DD and stretched on the mats for another 10 minutes. It was like a buffet, only the healthy kind. I felt great afterwards! Another plus was that it was great bonding with DD and me. We weren't always on the same machine, but for the most part we were with each other. Tomorrow I'm dragging DH with me and we're going again. My goal is to get rid of the treadmill in the living room and put a hutch there...I just need to work on DH for a little while longer. :crying:

How long.....
Ironically, it was low self esteem! There was a guy that I wanted to be with so badly, and he was a complete dick. He strung me a long and I'd do ANYTHING for him, so I did. He got a kick out of me being embarassed by it. We did it all. Anything you've read or seen we did it -except for the feces thing...never did, nor would have done that. So, after all that being beaten down, he dumped me and I was more experienced sexually. I loved sex by then, knew how to get what I wanted and I never looked back.

October Exercise Challenge
That's strange you just posted that. I just hit send on an email to her. I was trying to see it from her side, and I know she's been beat down, and now under stress because her crutch (her sister) has left... So, the pacifist in me (who knew?) apologized that it seemed I was taking the company's side, but that wasn't my intent. Told her I loved her, and that I was just trying not to push her into a decision. Except more wordy...I'll post what I sent.

How long.....
Yep! DH now can go anywhere between 5-10 minutes to about 40. I hate the 40 minute sessions. He thinks he's king of the world and I'm just thinking about laundry, dishes...etc. It usually takes me about 5-10 minutes. After that, it's probably just not going to happen, no matter how much I "help" it along. And I like "helping".:w00t: It took me a long time to learn that, but it is fun once you get confident about it. I always thought guys were supposed to know, but no. Sadly, there are very few things they know. Also, I was always shy and never outright about what I wanted, but the guys always were. No matter what they look like, how they're feeling, they'll whip it out, or put my hand where they want it...I just learned to do the same thing. Made it sooo much better.

I'm up for exercise! I asked what to bring and he said: A comfy outfit, Water and a towel. Sounds simple enough. I'm really excited about it.

Sexism Rules!
That's not called "sexism". It's called "motive". I like Hooters. Uh - the restaurant. (Felt the need to clarify.)
