Ha! We just had a "bless her heart" moment today at work. If you slam someone, then add "bless her heart" then it's all okay. I was 10 when my mothe co-signed a car w/her bf under my ssn. It was dumped on the side of the road about 10 years ago...guess who got a call one day from the sheriff's dept. Some people suck and some of them are mothers and/or MILs.

I think that's why I'm not pulled by those movies. It really needs to keep my attention. I've tried to get through a couple movies, thinking I just fell asleep because I was tired, exhausted, etc - but I just can't.

OKAY, Question: why is it being the bad guy because you tell someone you need space IN YOUR OWN FREAKING HOME??? If hubby wants mommy dearest over, then work out a schedule, but if they don't respect that you need some time, then THEY are the BAD GUYS. You need what you need, and you're not bad for wanting it. It sounds like you've been patient in the past, but that won't last forever. You'll snap eventually, and that won't be good for anyone. Plain has a BF...? That explains some stuffs.... Did anyone catch Hugh Jackman at the grammy's? He was so wonderful! I was very impressed with his singing and playfulness...he's my new hollywood fav.

Agree 100%. I did make the comment that, maybe you had to be there. They all seemed really upset about it, so maybe there's more to it....??? I dunno. It's beyond my comprehension, though. I think I'd like to see that, too. At first it really didn't seem appealing, but after all the highlights last night at the awards, I know a little more about it. I just can't stand wasting my money and being bored.

DD gets scared with those kinds of movies, but her friends love them. They all wanted to go Fri night to see Fri the 13th, but she gave me the secret code to NOT allow her to go. She even did the, "Please mooom?" and I had to stand firm and say no. All her friends now think she has a loser mom, but she's saved face. We stayed up and did a mini-Smallville marathon instead. :hurray:

It took me hours to get over the hang over. Next time water between each drink...! You and DH are wonderful! We had a good time. No asses, just good friends! Okay..I know working out = sticky and gross, everywhere. :sneaky: But, I guess I'm thinking of the bras I wear now, which are NOT made for me at all. I practically have to peel it off and I hate them. If I'm going to hate something that much more expensive, I'll stick to the sucky ones I have now. There was an email chain letter...or a joke..doesn't matter. It said something like put the illegals to work building the wall and digging moat, then add the alligators from FL to the moat, send the illegals back over the wall and then there are a bunch of problems solved at once. I'm tired and paraphrasing, but there is the gist. I think it was a joke, but I rather like the idea.

Agreed. It's one thing to say, "God promotes forgiveness"...you know? Fine. But all that crap..."You're rude" "You're this...you're that...." It gets tiring.

Okay, ladies...I need HELP. I have large breasts, and at Lane Bryant I'm a 42E. I have bought several bras to find a good one and haven't yet. (That Couch to 5K program is really paining me sometimes.) I was thinking of researching the ones that the ladies on the Biggest Loser wear, but I checked and they're expensive. Before buying one, I'd like to get feedback...and suggestions on a good bra? Has anyone tried the ENELL?
