Had my consult today!!! Have to lose 13 lbs

Had my first weigh in ... 362.5 pounds. This is my highest weight ever. I'm so stoked because over the next two months, I'm going to be on a healthy eating plan and starting to get some exercise in. I want and need this surgery. Nothing is going to stop me.

A whole day all to myself...no husband or kid! Just me and the dog!

I remember the doctor telling me in December that I could lose 80 lbs in 8 months if I worked hard enough. Lost 50 in 3 months. Just hit 7 months and I'm at 78 lbs lost! I can move, run, laugh, play and love myself again. Brightest wishes to everyone where ever you are in your journey.

day 3 post op, still very tender in my belly but doing pretty well with my water and sipping on my protein, even at 1/2 cottage cheese this morning, took me 45 minutes to eat it, but hey it stayed down.

Today is my 8 week surgiversary!

Lost 7lbs in the past few weeks, I'd like to be excited but I'm so sick its hard to be...

I just saw my PCP and she was so pleased with my progress she insisted on taking my picture.

Started training for the 1/2 marathon this week. 3 miles Tuesday and 3 miles tonight, then Saturday morning! I am a walker, so no speed records. Looking forward to beating my last years time with some of the excess weight gone.

Felling like " Was it worth it"

Guess who just got their date?! This chick right here!! July 24th I lose a part of me (% of my stomach) that I'm confident I won't miss overly much and will result in my losing a bigger part of me that is a burden (my fat).

Sleep Study Completed OMG did I not sleep well with all that stuff on me ! Another check off my list !

Wednesday is the big day. I'm sure it will be a lot of fun!

My dog Max had to be put down last night....I am so broken hearted....can't stop crying. A sad time for me.......

Is anyone having issues with having a BM? It's been over a week... What can sleepers take?

HELP!! i was never a sweets lover, but ever since i got sleeved sweets is one of the things i can eat normally without throwing up.. i lost weight but most of it from my pre op diet.. i lost about 7 lbs the first two weeks then 1lb per week after. I am so scared that this surgery will fail for me. I read so many great stories. . i need help! im eating so bad.. mostly sweets. ii cant stop eating.. im constantly hungry.. i eat to vomit then eat again. I feel like i failled.. i waited so long for this and today i am eating worst than before the surgery. i need advice. has anyone experienced this?

5 days post op and im feeling great. A little sore but better than i thought i would be feeling. now cant wait to feel up to par enough to get my workouts in.

WOW…9 months and 93 pounds….I'm still AMAZED…but loving it!
