  1. YUP me too.... even in the middle of the night I have to drink Water, feel like cotton in my mouth. Thanks for posting this questions, I had wondered the same thing.
  2. CONGRATS, that's great. Everyone's different, for me, I REALLY had to wear smaller sizes after 2 months (30+ lbs lost), and then the third month, definetely smaller sizes, I had NOTHING that fit right in my closet and now, 5 months and 62 lbs down I am 6 sizes down from my original size (pants). WoW! Beleive me, you'll begin wearing those smaller cute things in your closet before you know it. MAKE SURE you start trying them on soon, because before you know it, they WILL fit! I kept thinking they wouldn't fit and now they're too big. Enjoy the losing ride, it's awsome!!
  3. Yup, totally normal, like everyone else says.... you'll have stalls here and there but once the weight loss resumes, it comes down almost on a daily basis...
  4. Beautiful, CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  5. 62 lbs down, super happy, feeling amazingly healthy and blessed.

I feel great, eating very healthy, buying clothes and down to a size 12 -- which I haven't been since 8th grade (mind you I am 52 years old!) LOL! I have 27 more lbs to go till my goal and looking forward to it! Thanks for posting, hope to hear from our other May Sleevers brothers and sisters!! ♥
  8. Awsome! CONGRATS! It gets better and better! Enjoy the "lighter feeling", it's a great thing!
  9. YOU just wait!!!!!!! It gets better and better and better..... And don't fret about the stalls, once you pass those minimal stall days, it continues to come down even faster!! Good Luck!!
  10. It DOES work, it's NOT a magic pill but it DOES work and it's fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I recommend it 100%!
  11. Yes Gas X helps, however, the ONLY thing that TRULY works is walking...... walk walk walk, walk during the night, walk every two hours -- at least. Walk walk walk walk walk.... give it about another 6 days and you'll feel great but put those steps in.... walk walk walk......!!!!!!!!!
  12. I like the unjury brand, well blended its really delicious. As for already mixed, I super like Premier brand. It's really good!
  13. Ooooh wow.... Are you well hydrated?? Happy Birthday, hope it's nothing, definetely get info from your doctor. Good Luck!!

  17. Congrats, you looks beautiful and before you know it, you'll reach One-derland, how exciting! I just reached mine two weeks ago, LOVE LOVE it!! Yayyyyy!!!
  18. That's it girl -- from now on it's the best! You'll feel better and better each day and in about 2 weeks, you'll hit a little stall thennnn.... it all starts coming down, 3 weeks after. Make sure you get your Protein and Water in and walk walk walk to help with the gas. Good Luck!!
  19. Jello, Yogurt, oatmeal, sugar free Pops, Consomme.
  20. It might be gas, walk walk walk.... it's the ONLY thing that will help if it is gas. Good luck, feel better!
  21. Honeyyyyy..... First of all.... the energy level less than two months out will be thru the roof! I used to be a couch potato, now I jog every day! EVERY DAY!!!!! I haven't said "I'm tired" in 3 months (I'm 4 months post op). Second, the depression thing....? What is that all about?? ZERO depression, I haven't been THIS happy in over 30 years. Once you see that scale go down down down down and you see the figure you used to have or have always wanted to have, there is zero depression, just a lot of happiness and a positive outlook on life! Third, food is important to you now, the moment the weight starts to go down so fast and you feel amazingly terrific and could eat anything you want and you get full right away you will get that food obsession out of your head. To ME, there is NOT one single reason if you're overweight and not loving yourself and not loving how you feel to not get weight loss surgery. It's really the best tool to combat obesity and to gain self-esteem and most importantly to be HEALTHY!!! I'm speaking to you like I speak to my close friends who have thought about surgery. Don't delay it, get it done, there is NOT one reason why not do it. It's the best thing, it's amazing to feel good again and energized and healthy! My ONLY regret is not having it done when I first thought of doing it 10 years ago but better late than never. Good luck to you!
  22. I buy their vitamins all the time -- they're really good, easy to digest and pretty good tasting.
  23. It's normal. Very normal. However, no worries it DOES go away, once your start eating soft foods and feel full immediately and begin to feel better and better and start seeing that scale go down -- and it will before you know it, and your clothes so loose, food -- well bad food will be out of your mind as you will easily be satisfied. Good luck, walk walk walk as that's what helps your gas and bloating.
  24. It's all related to gas/bloating from surgery. Walk walk walk walk walk! It's the only real thing that will help. Walk endlessly! Good Luck, feel better!!
